Membership dues for the period January 1st, 2008 through December 31st, 2008 are based on the following eligibility requirements:

MEMBER & ASSOCIATE MEMBER: Full membership is open to installing contractors of fire sprinkler companies, certified in Georgia to design and install automatic fire sprinkler systems, or suppliers to the fire sprinkler industry. Members shall have full voting rights, may hold office in the GFSA and shall be eligible for appointment to Standing Committees of the GFSA. Total Amount Due: $ 400.00

PROFESSIONAL MEMBER: Society of Fire Protection Engineer, Designers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction related to the fire sprinkler industry in Georgia are eligible for membership in this category. Professional Members have NO voting rights, nor hold office in the GFSA, but shall be eligible for appointment to Standing Committees of the GFSA. Total Amount Due: $ 400.00. Exception for AHJ: No cost for chapter membership.

LONG DISTANCE MEMBER: Full membership is open to installing contractors of fire sprinkler companies with their office located within Georgia and over fifty (50) miles from the State Capitol, certified in Georgia to design and install automatic fire sprinkler systems, or suppliers to the fire sprinkler industry. Long Distance Members shall have full voting rights, may hold office in the GFSA and shall be eligible for appointment to Standing Committees of the GFSA. Total Amount Due: $ 200.00. Exception for AHJ: No cost for chapter membership.

Notes: The Georgia Fire Sprinkler Association (GFSA) is a 501c(6) Corporation. Copies of State and Federal documents are available to download from the GFSA web site. Contributions or gifts to GFSA are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. Dues payments are deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
